Stephen P. Moschetta joined the firm in 1998.  A native of Washington, Mr. Moschetta earned his undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College.  He graduatedcum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1998, where he served as an Editor of the Law Review.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for JusticeAmerican Association for JusticeMaritime Law Association of the United StatesPennsylvania Bar AssociationWest Virginia Bar AssociationAllegheny County Bar Association,Washington County Bar Association where he currently serves on the Executive Committee also serves as President Elect of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.  Since 2007, Mr. Moschetta has served as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Landmark College, a two-year liberal arts institution of higher education serving students with learning disabilities and attention deficit disorders.

Stephen Moschetta is admitted to practice in all state and Federal courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia representing injured accident victims and specializes in admiralty and maritime litigation.  Mr. Moschetta represents injured clients not only from Pennsylvania and West Virginia, but individuals from all states in the Ohio and Mississippi river valleys to the Gulf of Mexico.  Mr. Moschetta has authored articles on admiralty and maritime law, and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act in particular.  He has given presentations for continuing legal education on automobile insurance law and was invited to speak at the 2007 Loyola University College of Law Annual Longshore Conference in New Orleans.
